I want to have a conversion kit installed in my minivan to use rechargeable batteries instead of gas. I want to use solar panels to recharge the batteries during the day. Anyone know where I can buy the whole package and get the kit installed?
The solar panels are to recharge the batteries in my open field to replace any low charge level batteries in my van.

you will essentially have to scrap the van and start over. Better to sell it as is and buy one without an engine. And then be prepared to spend more than the cost of a new van.

Solar array would be extra. These are not common, it's too easy for someone to rip your $20000 solar array off the roof of your van.

Even if your home included an electronics store and a auto junk yard, you would not have the material or the expertise to build a PV cell. No more than you could build a 747 aircraft.

A lot depends on the lease you gave the tenant in the top flat but in any case you would have to apply for Planning Permission from the Local Authority. Look at the deeds to the property, the lease to the tenant and the local Planning Laws

The short answer is yes, with reservations.
Take the worst case you mention, the microwave oven.
Here I assume a 240 Volt supply from the inverter, if 110V the situation is even worse.
I’ll also assume the microwave consumes (say) 750 Watts of power.
I also have to assume a 12 Volt battery.
Disregarding losses all through, it goes like this:
Your battery capacity is 85 Ah.
The microwave will need 3.125 Amperes at 240V. for full power.
Thus the battery will need to supply 20 x 3.125 or 62.5 Amperes.
Thus the battery, without further charging, would run the microwave for 1.36 Hours only.
Your solar cell supplies 80W., and if the voltage is 12, the max. current it will supply the battery is 6.6 Amperes. It would take 12 hours (plus) to fully charge the battery (it would/ should never be flattened).
So the reservation is how much charge time is available, and how much you wish to use high- draw appliances.
A careful selection of a TV set could give you plenty of viewing time, however!
